Trail Rides
Sarah's Pony Rides is now offering guided trail rides for beginner through advanced riders. We offer trail rides all year long. We have access to over 25 miles of beautiful trails. We have all different breeds of horses and ponies.
Prices:
$30.00 per person for a one hour ride
$40.00 per person for an 1.5 hour ride
$50.00 per person for a two hour ride
$75.00 per person for a three hour ride
$100.00 per person for a four hour ride
Requirements:
All riders are required to have a Cook County trail riders license, which can be purchased at our stable for $3.00.
Trail rides are available for any rider that is over the age of 10 ( we have pony trail rides available for children under 9 ). We have family rides, that the horses and ponies go together for a trail ride.
Helmets are required and provided for all riders under the age of 18.
We have a weight limit of 250lbs..
All trail rides are by appointment only
Family Trail Rides are fun for the entire family. The adults will be riding the horses and the smaller children will be hand led by one of our staff members riding the ponies. The group goes out together on the trail.
Trail Riding Party at our place
Have a trail riding party at our place. Perfect for any occasion big or small; birthday parties, family get together's, corporate outings, graduations, holiday celebrations, fund raisers, girl scouts, boy scouts and many more fun events.
Trail riding party Includes:
A party room for 2 hours ( holds up to 60 people )
10 minute lesson on the horse
50 minute trail ride ( depending on the size of the group )
